Flat renovation in Cap Ferrat, including bathroom refurbishment and assistance with air-conditioning installation

About This Project

A renovation project carried out in a holiday home in Cap Ferrat, on the French Riviera, within a prestigious residential area. The main objective was to enhance the comfort and liveability of the property, through the installation of an air-conditioning system serving all rooms, integrated discreetly and harmoniously into the existing spaces.

At the same time, the client chose to proceed with the complete refurbishment of a bathroom, carrying out work on both the plumbing and the finishings, with the aim of renovating the space and bringing it up to a contemporary standard, in accordance with a charming residence on the French Riviera.

Building works for the installation of an air-conditioning system

To facilitate the installation of the new air-conditioning system, we carried out all the necessary building works, ensuring the systems were neatly integrated into the existing spaces.

The work included:

• channelling through walls for the passage of system pipework;
• preparation of housings for indoor and outdoor units;
• restoration of walls and finishes;
• coordination with systems engineers.

The project improved the living comfort of the flat, making it fully habitable even during the summer months.

Complete bathroom refurbishment

Alongside the renovation work, the client opted to carry out a complete refurbishment of a bathroom.

The project involved:

• replacement of the plumbing system;
• upgrading of the electrical system;
• fitting of new wall and floor tiles;
• installation of new sanitary ware and bathroom fittings.

The new finishes were selected to enhance the apartment and ensure a contemporary style, in keeping with its use as a second home on the French Riviera.

Final result

The renovation improved the comfort and functionality of the property through the installation of a modern air-conditioning system and the complete refurbishment of the bathroom, whilst also increasing the property’s value.
